1st guy is supposed to be Jet from cowboy bebop. he's holding ein. He took off the prosthetic he was wearing though. you can barely see but he has the little scar and the metal thing around his eye.

Every year I go to the biggest anime meet in Portugal but looking at this photos I can tell you, its nothing like that.
I never actually cosplayed in my life but I'm a sucker for girls in japanese school girl uniforms. :P
